Who is Andrew Sheridan?  

For those not in the know about one of the UK’s best chefs; Andrew Sheridan is an acclaimed British chef known for his inventive and immersive culinary style. Born in Liverpool and raised in North Wales, he began his culinary journey at a local pub, eventually honing his skills under Stuart Collins at Michael Caines' ABode Hotel in Chester. Sheridan gained national recognition through his appearances on BBC Two's "Great British Menu" in 2018 and 2019, where he showcased his innovative approach to British cuisine. 

 In 2019, he launched "8," an intimate 16-seater chef's table experience in Birmingham, offering a multi-sensory dining journey. The restaurant earned three AA Rosettes and was listed in the Michelin Guide. In April 2023, Sheridan relocated "8" to Liverpool's Cook Street, where it continued to receive accolades, including being named Best Restaurant in the UK at the British Restaurant Awards in September 2023. 

 Sheridan's dedication to his craft and his ability to create unique dining experiences have solidified his reputation as one of the UK's leading chefs.

Available from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner, this exclusive kitchen table chef's private dining experience offers an intimate setting for up to six guests. Enjoy a carefully selected menu, with pescatarian options available, in a space where culinary artistry meets personalised service. Perfect for creating amazing memories, this experience can also be gifted and exchanged, making it an ideal choice for special occasions or a unique treat for food lovers. 

Get ready for a dining experience like no other! Our immersive chef's table invites you to savour a constantly evolving tasting menu, crafted and served right before your eyes alongside fellow food enthusiasts. 

Leave the pretence at the door—no stiff white tablecloths or stuffy vibes here. Instead, you'll enjoy progressive dining that’s all about comfort, flavour and unforgettable moments. Think succulent beef, tender lamb and perfectly cooked cod, paired with indulgent delights like chocolate, praline and apple-inspired creations. It’s dining designed to spark memories and tantalise your taste buds. 

 Who, Where & When! 

 Wednesday to Friday: Dinner - 7:30pm 

Saturday: Lunch - 1pm & Dinner - 7:30pm  

Friday and Saturday evenings will require a supplement of £15.00 per person to be paid at the point of booking. 

A supplement may also apply on restricted dates such as the Christmas period, Mother's & Father's Day and Valentine's Day. 

Alcohol is served exclusively to guests aged 18 and over, ensuring a responsible and enjoyable experience. There's no strict dress code — if you're comfortable, they're comfortable too! Please note that this menu is not suitable for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet.
