Halloween at Home
POV: It’s that time of year again.. as the nights draw in and the temperature drops, Autumn is well and truly upon us.
But, somehow, the thought of going house to house dressed in your tired and recycled costume (probably in the rain), doesn’t hold quite the same excitement and anticipation as it once did.
Trick-or-treat may have lost its magic, but that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate Halloween in the warmth and comfort of your own home.
Whether you make it a brand-new tradition or just a change from the norm, I have the perfect recipe for your guide to Halloween at Home.
You will need:
- Blanket (preferably one per person)
- Hot chocolate (with marshmallows and cream, naturally)
- Candles (or scented wax melts)
- ‘Scary’ film (Classical terror or a touch of comedy- the choice is yours)
- Gift Hampers to snack on throughout the evening.*
- Evening Game- Digital Murder Activity recommended for groups**
- At Home Cocktail Making Kit to keep your thirst quenched***
- Complete with carved Jack-o-Lanterns picked from your local pumpkin patch for a spooky atmosphere!
*I would recommend a Chocolate or Sweet Treats hamper, however there are alternatives for those of a more ‘savoury’ nature.
