Set in a popular working bakery in the Shropshire town of Oswestry, these baking masterclasses will give you a tantalising glimpse into the world of high-class, luxury baking and patisserie where the food looks almost too good to eat.
You have the choice of 3 masterclasses, Croissant, Sourdough or Pastry. Each is a full day spent at the bakery where you'll be immersed in the art and science of baking, learning tips and tricks from Adam as you get your hands floury putting your new-found knowledge into action. Refreshments and lunch are included in the day and you'll get to take home your tasty treats.
A baking masterclass would make an amazing gift for any baking aficionado who wants to learn to bake like a professional, or someone who just loves to eat and fancies learning a new skill!
Croissant Masterclass
You've seen these flaky beauties in patisserie windows and now's the time to make them yourself!
You'll be guided by Adam through the intricacies of lamination, folding and rolling the dough to achieve the characteristic flakiness and layers that define what a croissant should look like. At the end of the day, you'll have your very own exceptional croissants that look as good as they taste.
Sourdough Masterclass
In this sourdough bread making class, Adam shares his passion for crafting the perfect loaf. He'll talk you through the whole process from start to finish, explaining each element and demystifying how to create and maintain a healthy sourdough culture. If you've ever wanted to bake the perfect sourdough loaf, this masterclass will help your bread making dreams come true.
Pastry Masterclass
Pastry can often be the nemesis of many bakers, but executive pastry chef Adam is here to help you achieve pastry perfection.
You'll explore the intricate art of puff, sweet and savoury pastries as Adam introduces you to the fundamentals of pastry-making. After a demonstration from Adam on how to roll and fold like an expert, it's time to grab your rolling pin and have a go yourself, under Adam's watchful guidance. Next it's on to sweet pastries where you can get creative with flavours and textures. The bakery will soon be filled with the sweet scent of baking pastries, ready for you to take home to enjoy as well as all the tips and tricks you've learnt throughout the day.

This is a full day masterclass starting at 8:30am, with coffee and croissants.
There'll be a mid-morning coffee break and lunch break. Lunch is provided by the bakery.
The class will finish between 3:30pm and 4pm.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
