You may join the tour at any of the Big Bus stops that are in operation.
One complete circuit of the Red Route takes approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.

Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Adult: 16+
- Child: 4-15
- Infants aged 0-4 go free
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pre-recorded commentary in the following 5 languages is available on all buses: English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
- All the buses are wheelchair accessible, with ramps enabling access.
- Mobility scooters cannot be accommodated on the buses.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
