The Main Event

Grab your chance to be led by expert guides who introduce you to various resident cats at the Sanctuary. They will discover the current conservation efforts for these species, their survival challenges in the wild, and the protective measures employed to ensure their safety.

Each cat receives specialised care, tailored to its unique needs, which visitors can observe first hand. The experience also includes intimate encounters where guests can photograph and directly feed two of the large cats.

The experience culminates with a feeding session, where guests usually have the liberty to choose which big cat to feed, although occasionally, options may be limited.

Important to Note

Entry to the special care zones and the feeding experiences are exclusive to guests aged 16 and older.

Upon arrival, participants must review and sign off on safety protocols at the welcome centre before being led into the areas where the cats reside.

Groups are a maximum of 5 people.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 16 years old.
If you would like to bring someone under the age of 16, they will be added as a guest and are not able to do the hand feed.
Children under 16 years will not have access to restricted areas and will need supervision by an adult at all times.
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing. Do not wear scarves or ties which may get caught up.
You must wear closed-toe shoes otherwise you cannot enter restricted stand-off areas.
If you have long hair, you will need to tie it back when entering stand-offs.
There is the option to add lunch in the conservatory, overlooking our Asiatic lion enclosure, either after the morning experience or before the afternoon.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
