The Main Event

Get ready for a pottery throw down and start creating some clay masterpieces with a Clay Modelling Pottery Experience!

Perfect for a family day out or a birthday treat for a loved one, this experience can be done with up to 10 of your family or friends.

Located in Herefordshire, you can make a range of clay models through a variety of hand modelling techniques. Once you’re settled into the studio, you’ll watch a demonstration from one of the professional potters before being given a lump of clay each. From here on, let your creativity run wild as you make your clay into a sculpture with the potter close by to offer help and support.

You will then paint your creation in coloured under glazes before it is left to dry and then fired and glazed in a kiln. This process takes about a month, after which your fabulous ceramic creation will be ready for collection from the pottery. It can be posted to you if you prefer at £5 per item.

Not only is this the perfect outing for a group, but you also design and make a clay keepsake which can take pride of place on the mantelpiece and remind you of a really great day out!

Important to Note

Please allow around 1.5 hours for the whole experience.

When

Clay modelling classes run on scheduled days in the school holidays.

Sessions usually start at 11.00am, and 2pm.

Sundays and evenings may be available for larger group bookings, please contact the office to enquire.

Apron and towel hire bundle £5 per person.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Age 6-16 years
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
