Please bring your own flip flops.
Lockers are available in both the men's and ladies changing rooms, they take a £1 coin which is returned once the locker is opened.
*Drinks service by the pool, serving smoothies, prosecco, teas and coffees, is available between 12-4pm Mon-Fri and Sunday, 12-5pm Sat.
Please note that your 3 hours allocated spa time is 12-3pm in adult only time.
To qualify for free parking, please ensure you leave your car registration at the spa reception when you come for your appointment.
Bags may be left at reception if you have early spa use or treatments.

*The garden area and GER is open daily from 12 until 5pm in suitable conditions.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
