Step away from the crime scene dramas on TV and get a firsthand look at the real world of Crime Scene Investigation.
Experience a half-day of genuine investigative work, immersing yourself in the process of catching criminals.
You'll be part of a skilled team, working alongside forensic scientists, crash investigators, senior investigating officers, and major crime detectives, collaborating to crack the case. Donned in your forensic suit, you'll tackle serious crimes like murder, kidnapping, and arson. Your tasks will include lifting fingerprints, electronically casting and lifting footwear marks, analysing blood spatter, identifying hair fibres, and conducting interviews to create e-fits.
Throughout the day, you'll use professional equipment, such as radios for communication, cameras for documenting crime scenes, and tools for examining evidence.
This experience promises a captivating journey of discovery as you delve into the authentic world of criminal detection.
Not for the faint hearted, this crime scene investigation experience day will be remembered for a long time!
Whilst this experience is hands-on, participants can be involved as much or as little as they wish and seating can be provided at the crime scene if required.
Events run on a Saturday with two sessions per day.
Participants can book either morning or afternoon slots. The morning is 10.00 to 13.00 and afternoon is 14.00 to 17.00.
Doors open 15 minutes before the start time.
Please allow 3 hours for the full experience.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
