Ideal for anyone curious about being underwater but not ready to commit to a full certification course, this experience offers a tantalising glimpse into the exhilarating sport of scuba diving.

Designed for beginners aged 10 and up, this experience is not only a fantastic activity for families but also a brilliant way to boost kids' confidence in the water. The session spans a manageable two hours, hosted in the safe, controlled environment of an indoor pool at a leisure centre. No prior diving experience? No problem! All the necessary equipment is provided, and friendly, fully qualified PADI instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Your scuba diving session begins with an introduction to basic dive theory, using standard PADI materials and an introductory video to ensure you feel completely prepared. Then, it's time to take the plunge! Experience the thrill of breathing underwater for the first time and get comfortable with the scuba equipment in a fun and safe environment.

As a memento of your underwater escapade, each participant receives a certificate of completion. Plus, should you catch the diving bug, this experience can count towards your PADI Open Water Course (at the instructor's discretion), setting you on a path to further aquatic adventures.

Important to Note

All participants should ensure that they are in good health, and complete a pre-dive medical. If in doubt, please consult your GP. This will be validated on booking.

When

Wednesday evenings from 8pm to 10pm.

Selected Saturday's (usually the last one) of every month from 5pm to 7pm.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 10 years old.
All participants must be able to swim 25 metres.
You should NOT dive if you have heart trouble, a current cold or congestion, epilepsy, asthma, a severe medical problem or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before participating in this activity.
72 hours notice must be given for cancellations.
All participants need to bring swimwear and a towel.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
