The Main Event

Spend time getting creative in a unique learning environment with this Drinks Can Letter Making Workshop.

This hands-on experience invites you to craft your own vibrant letters or shapes using recycled drinks cans, transforming everyday materials into personalised works of art.

Ideal for interior decoration or as a thoughtful gift, like commemorating a 10th Anniversary with a tin-themed creation, these letters can find a home on a shelf or hang on a wall to be displayed proudly.

The workshop promises an inspiring and immersive atmosphere suitable for all skill levels. Guided by excellent tuition, you can expect a blend of fun, information, and productivity throughout the session. A selection of coloured tin cans, adorned with sophisticated graphic imagery, is available for you to use, or you can bring your own recycled drinks cans for a more personal touch. Techniques such as embossing, punching, and sanding will be explored to embellish the metal before attaching it to a blank wooden letter. For a finishing touch a recycled leather edging will be added.

Whether you choose your, or a loved ones initials or a meaningful word, this craft is an original and enjoyable way to express yourself through art and have fun in the process!

Letter dimensions: Each letter is 15cm high.

When

This experience is available throughout the year. Dates can be arranged when booking through the experience provider.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Disabled access: There is wheelchair access into the building and there is a downstairs disabled access toilet. There is onsite parking for blue badge holders but only by arrangement.
Suitable for ages 12 upwards.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
