Step back from the hustle and bustle of fast-paced life and embrace a more intentional, serene way of being. This forest bathing experience may seem simple, but it harnesses the healing power of nature.

In our busy daily lives, we often lose sight of how being out in nature can have a powerful impact on our mental and physical health, so its time to leave the screens behind and head outdoors!

Glorious Rydal in the Lake District will be your playground and you'll be guided by wellness experts to help you make the most of your time in the forest. Refreshments will be provided in the form of a delicious cacao drink, including some foraging!
No special equipment is needed, you just need to dress for the weather.

Forest bathing can help you unwind and improve your focus, giving your brain a break from the digital world.

After your dose of "green" therapy, you'll feel at peace and ready to take on life's challenges again.

Important to Note

You'll be part of a small group of 15 for this experience.

In cases of bad weather (heavy rain, snow etc), this experience may need to be rescheduled.

Please allow 2 hours for this experience.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age is 5 years old.
Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult (over 18).
Please dress appropriately for the weather as this is an outdoor activity. Warm clothes and waterproofs are recommended for when it's cold. Sunscreen and insect repellent are recommended for spring/summer.
Please bring a bottle of water with you.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
