You'll not only master the creation of delectable desserts and cakes that would impress at any gathering but also enjoy a delicious lunch paired with wine. With a maximum of six students in each class, you will receive personalised attention, ensuring that all your questions are addressed and techniques are demonstrated clearly.

Patisserie
An introduction to skills that can take a lifetime to master. Learn the secrets of making a pistachio paris-brest, gianduja and passion fruit entremet finished with a cacao velour, and les financier, a classic treat with a twist thanks to the middle-eastern flavours of pistachio and Persian rose.
Summer Baking
Celebrate the flavours of summer with a classic tarte au citron, followed by passion fruit cheesecake and a stunning pistachio loaf cake.
French Baking
Travel to France without leaving the kitchen! First stop is Brittany where you'll make a delicious gateau breton, followed by the cycling inspired paris-brest filled with hazelnut praline crème mousseline. Then it's off to Paris for a touch of luxury, creating a maple and suzette caramel "travel cake".
Chocolate Baking
The one for all chocolate lovers out there! Your first challenge is an entremet of dark chocolate and yuzu with a stunning mirror glaze. The indulgence continues with a West Indies chocolate tart with gruet nougatine before tackling a decandent double-chocolate bundt cake.
Autumn Baking
Embrace autumn with seasonal baking. Create a pumpkin and caramel baked cheesecake, apple and maple syrup cake and a comforting ale fruit loaf.
Christmas Baking
Enjoy festive baking in the form of a non-traditional chocolate Christmas cake, a new style chocolate and passionfruit hazelnut yule log and a spiced
Norwegian cranberry bundt cake. Joyeux Noël!
