Who Can Go

• This experience is suitable for children 10+ and adult supervision is required. Children under 16 years old need parental or guardian consent through the waiver before admission, and they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs or over at all times. If a child chooses to leave the experience for any reason, they must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note that some scenes are very dark with loud noises, which some children may not enjoy. It’s a fun experience and most people don’t find it too scary. There are some surprises and moments of suspense but it is not frightening.
• This experience includes strobe lighting, confined spaces, sudden loud noises and temperature changes. These effects are designed to immerse guests in the experience and be impactful.
• For your own safety, the experience may not be suitable for: Those who suffer from high blood pressure, heart conditions, asthma, back or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of medical condition affecting the senses of smell, vision, or hearing, those of a nervous disposition, the elderly, those with disabilities, blind or visually impaired, those with sensitivities to scent, loud noises, or flashing lights, pregnant women, those suffering from breathing or respiratory problems, such as allergies or scent sensitivities, those who are prone to motion sickness, guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• The experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• You’re advised to wear comfortable footwear and clothes you can move in as you’ll need to bend down while walking and crawling, squeeze through narrow tunnels and to get through tight spaces. However, if you feel unable to participate there are other routes, simply speak to a member of staff on arrival.
• You can wear your hearing aids inside the experience. Please let the team know if you require additional support when using the VR headsets.
