The Main Event

This Introduction to Kitesurfing Experience is the perfect way to try something new and take on an exhilarating water sport.

This five-hour session is designed for complete beginners, making it an ideal gift for adventurous souls who love a challenge. The day is split into two parts, starting on land before heading into the water for the real action.

The experience kicks off with a two-hour land-based lesson where participants will get to grips with the basics. Using trainer kites, they’ll learn about wind direction, safety, and how to control the kite with precision. Mastering these flying techniques on the sand is the key to success when moving onto the inflatable kites later.

After an exciting introduction, there’s time to relax with a quick break at the clubhouse to refuel.

With wetsuits and safety gear on, it’s time for the real adventure to begin. Heading into the water, participants will finally put everything they’ve learned into practice. This is where the thrill of kitesurfing really takes over, harnessing the power of the wind to experience the rush of gliding across the water.

Whether it’s a birthday surprise, an unforgettable anniversary present, or simply a way to treat someone special, this Introduction to Kitesurfing Experience is a fantastic way to dive into a brand-new sport. It’s exciting, immersive, and offers a taste of what could become a lifelong passion.

Important to Note

This is a private session so you won't be part of a group.

If buying the For 2 voucher, both people can be in the same 2:1 class.

What to bring with you:
A surfing wetsuit, if you prefer to use your own. However a wetsuit will be provided for you to wear
A towel
Sunglasses, as you'll be looking up at the sky a lot during the session
Any emergency medication you'll need
Snacks

When

Available to book daily, subject to availability and suitable weather conditions.

Please be aware this is a weather dependant activity.

A wind speed of between 10 and 25 knots is needed for the session to go ahead.

If a lesson is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, your session will be rescheduled.

This is a 5 hour experience.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 12 years old
Minimum weight: 40kg / 6 stones
You don't need to be strong or that fit. All the force comes through your waist harness. You control the kite with the tips of your fingers.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
