F1 Driving Experience Day in a Jordan Car

The ultimate driving experience day, this chance to drive a real F1 is almost priceless!!!

The Jordan car, driven by F1 driver Takuma Sato, is the only drivable EJ12 car in existence and gives you a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the thrill of driving an F1 car.

The signed car by Eddie Jordan has a production cost of approximately £4.5 million and will create memories for you that will last forever(not to mention the social media bragging rights!)

The car is an absolute rocket and when taking part in this driving experience, you will really feel how much the F1 drivers have to concentrate and control their reflexes in order to drive this car!

This experience includes:

• 30 Minute Introductory Briefing: Covering racing lines, throttle/braking technique and track day safety etiquette.
• 4 x Driver Training Demonstration Laps on Memphis Circuit.
• 20 x Reflex Training & Throttle Control Exercise laps on Memphis Circuit.
• 4 x Sighting Laps around Circuit 112 including 1 high speed passenger lap.
• 10 x Driving laps in the F1000 single seater or Ariel Atom with a training coach in a pace car.
• 4 x Sighting Laps around the B-17 Bomber Circuit including 1 high speed passenger lap.
• 10 x Driving laps in the Jordan F1 on B17 Bomber Circuit’s fast circuit layout, including 5 introductory Pace Car* laps.
• Free Media Pack with this experience.

The car:

• The chassis has a full carbon fibre composite monocoque, composite pushrods activating chassis mounted penske dampers and torsion bars.
• Front track: – 1500mm, rear track – 1418 mm, overall height 950mm with an overall length of 4600mm.
• Wheels: Forged OZ Racing to Jordan GP specification
• Tyres: Bridgestone Front 260/640/r13 Rear 320/660/r13
• Total fuel capacity: 95kgs.
• Brakes: Brembo brake callipers / carbon fibre discs

• Gearbox: Pneumatic paddle-shift Hewland
• 7 speed semi-automatic
• The engine can spin all the way up to 10,500 rpm, developing almost 600 horsepower.

*The provider reserves the right to send the Pace Car back out on to circuit at any time, should they believe it to be required for safety purposes

There is a strict height limit of 6′ 2″ and weight limit of 14 stone/88.9kg for this experience.

Booking slots will be released monthly on a first come, first served basis.

Any participant entering a vehicle will be requested to complete a Disclaimer in order to participate in the experience.

Race boots are recommended, alternatively plimsolls must be worn which are provided free of charge (max shoe size UK12).

Glasses must be worn if needed.

Refreshments and snacks are available to purchase onsite.

Additional Information

There is no Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Damage Liability Reduction (DLR) applicable for the driving experience.

The participant agrees they are liable for up to £20,000 for any damages to the vehicle caused while under their control.

Damages will be assessed with full quotation given.

Purchase of a Collision Damage Waiver or Damage Liability Reduction will result in credit being given. A refund cannot be guaranteed.

The Cancellation Indemnity(CI) is not applicable for the driving experience.

Purchase of a Cancellation Indemnity will result in credit being given. A refund cannot be guaranteed.

If the participant cannot fit into the Jordan EJ12, no refund will be given.

If the participant is unable to control the Jordan EJ12, the experience may be terminated without refund being given.

A refundable security deposit must be paid before undertaking the experience.

The security deposit amount is £1000 made payable by debit card or cash. Credit Cards will not be accepted.

The deposit will be refunded upon completion of the experience, unless:

Should any incident occur whereby the vehicle suffers damage, the provider reserves the right to retain this security deposit while assessment is carried out as to repairs being required.

They reserve the right to retain a portion of this deposit for the cost of assessment and quotation as to repair costs.

They will not be held accountable for any damages to the Jordan F1, any other vehicle on site or any object or persons involved in an incident. The participant agrees to and assumes responsibility for the first £20,000 of any damages.

The participant must return to reception in order to collect the security deposit. Failure to collect on the date of the experience taking place does not result in the deposit being forfeit. Payment in cash can be arranged in person for a future date. The return of deposit at a later date via remote payment will incur a £25 Administration fee. Failure to collect either Cash payment or Debit Card payment within 28 days of the experience booking date will incur storage and processing fees charged at £10 per day.

They reserve the right to end the experience during any point should staff believe the participant is incapable of driving the Jordan F1 or upon doing so, would be at high chance of:

causing damage to the vehicle

placing the participant at risk

placing any member staff at risk

any other participant at risk.

The provider reserve the right to send the Pace Car back out on to circuit at any time should they believe it to be required for safety purposes.

Failure to properly adhere to instructions given by the instructor may result in the early termination of your experience, with no refund being given.

They reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in the interest of safety, compliance and the continued operation of the experience. The participant agrees to comply with all above and any additional or amended terms and conditions at their time of experience. The participant agrees full responsibility for ensuring they are aware of all terms and conditions at the time of taking their experience.

The experiences will be operated during warmer months for the best conditions and experience. They reserve the right to release new booking dates and remove dates from the calendar at any time.

This experience is more likely to be impacted due to weather, in the event of heavy downpour or high winds we may contact you to postpone the booking for a clearer day. As much notice as possible will be provided.
