The Main Event

Explore the botanical splendour of Kew Gardens, London's vast UNESCO World Heritage site and the home of the Royal Botanic Gardens. This iconic destination houses thousands of rare plant species and features stunning exhibitions and immaculately maintained gardens.

Not only does it encompass Britain's smallest royal palace, but Kew Gardens also serves as a sanctuary for plant lovers and researchers alike, offering a rich tapestry of flora from around the world.

It is recommended to allow at least three hours to fully enjoy the experience at Kew Gardens.
The Badger Sett in the Natural Area is currently closed.
The Hive is currently closed for maintenance
Queen Charlotte’s Cottage is only open weekends and bank holidays (11:30am - 3:30pm)
All areas and attractions are subject to availability and short-notice closures for maintenance or visitor safety
There are no lockers or baggage storage facilities available
Separate ticketed events (e.g. Kew The Music and Christmas at Kew) are not included with general admission

Opening Hours

Weekdays, 10am to 7pm (last entry 6pm)
Weekends and Bank Holidays, 10am to 8pm (last entry 7pm)

Closing times become earlier throughout the year.

Opens late at 12 noon on the first Monday of every month due to planned maintenance.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Infants aged 0-4 go free.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
All recognised guide, assistance or service dogs – including assistance dogs in training – are welcome in the Gardens. We ask that they are recognisable, with a lead or harness that identifies them as working.
The Gardens are largely flat, with tarmac paths in most places.
There are a limited number of wheelchairs available to use at all public entry gates. There’s no need to book, please ask a member of the team when you arrive.
You are welcome to bring your own mobility scooter if it is a pavement-use scooter limited to 4mph.
Hearing loops are installed at the gate tills, retail shop tills, and catering counters.
There are unisex accessible toilets within easy reach of all the main attractions, cafés and gates.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
