This tour departs: at Victoria Coach Station, Gate 19 - 20, at 8:15am. Boarding starts 15 minutes before the departure time.

This tour concludes: at Embankment Pier in Central London at approximately 7pm. Boarding starts 15 minutes before the departure time.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Adults: 17+
Child: 3-16 years old.
Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Unfortunately, the coaches are not fully wheelchair accessible, and in order to board the coach customers need to be able to get on and off the vehicle on their own (including a few steps).
Any wheelchair/mobility scooter has to be foldable so that it can stored in the luggage compartment for the length of the tour.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
