Boarding is at 18:15
Cruising is from 18:30 to 20:30

Sightseeing River Cruise
Departure times are approximately every 40 minutes from each of the 4 piers, 365 days a year.
Westminster Pier, London Eye Pier, Tower Pier and Greenwich Pier.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before boarding.

Hotel Stay
Available every day of the week, year round.

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays etc can affect hotel availability.

We'll send you the three best hotel room deals that are available at that time.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age for Evening River Cruise: 18
Evening River Cruise: Smart casual dress code.
Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on the Evening River Cruise.
Sightseeing River Cruise: Under 18's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Day River Cruise: Some boats are fully wheelchair accessible, please specify if one is needed when making your booking. You may need to wait for a wheelchair accessible boat.
Toilet facilities are available on board.
All boats have inside seating and are fully heated.
There is a fully stocked bar on board serving drinks and snacks (at an additional charge).

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

A range of 3* and 4* hotels will be considered for you and the 3 best hotel rooms available for the dates you've requested will be sent to you, for you to choose from.

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays, etc can affect hotel availability.

Remember, there are no hidden costs or extras to pay!

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
