Tables are pre-allocated to guests before boarding. Please be aware that some tables are close to others and are all fixed to the floor so cannot be moved. Window tables are available and can only seat up to 2 people.

Who Can Go

Wheelchairs can be accommodated on dining cruises providing: The wheelchair user can walk from the pier on to the boat without aid of the wheelchair (which is a matter of a few feet), the wheelchair is collapsible and the user can sit at the table and chairs without the aid of the wheelchair.
All boats have open space areas with great views. Some have upper decks that offer an elevated view.
All boats have inside seating and are fully heated.
There is a fully stocked bar on board serving drinks and snacks (at an additional charge).
Vegan lunch menu not available.
Dogs are not allowed on dining cruises except for guide dogs accompanying blind passengers.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

A range of 3* and 4* hotels will be considered for you and the 3 best hotel rooms available for the dates you've requested will be sent to you, for you to choose from.

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays, etc can affect hotel availability.

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
