Kew Gardens Tickets

It is recommended to allow at least three hours to fully enjoy the experience at Kew Gardens.
The Badger Sett in the Natural Area is currently closed.
The Hive is currently closed for maintenance
Queen Charlotte’s Cottage is only open weekends and bank holidays (11:30am - 3:30pm)
All areas and attractions are subject to availability and short-notice closures for maintenance or visitor safety
There are no lockers or baggage storage facilities available
Separate ticketed events (e.g. Kew The Music and Christmas at Kew) are not included with general admission

Kew Gardens

Opening Hours

Weekdays, 10am to 7pm (last entry 6pm)
Weekends and Bank Holidays, 10am to 8pm (last entry 7pm)

Closing times become earlier throughout the year.

Opens late at 12 noon on the first Monday of every month due to planned maintenance.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Only registered disability dogs are allowed.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
