Open daily: 9:30am to 6:00pm, last entry 5:00pm

Closed 24th, 25th and 26th of December.

Allow at least 2 hours for your visit.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Child: Ages 5 to 15
Adult: 16+
Children under 16 years need to be accompanied by an adult 18+ years.
A multilingual audio guide is included with your entrance ticket. Visitors under 12 years old are offered a Family audio guide. Descriptive guides are available for visitors with visual impairment.
Documentation showing proof of disability is required for a Disabled Visitor ticket (and accompanying Adult Carer ticket).
Churchill War Rooms is wheelchair accessible throughout. However, please note the narrowest corridor is 68cm, and the tightest corner is 90 degrees.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
