E-tickets are only valid for the date and time shown on the ticket
You will receive another ticket from the supplier directly and can use one or the other to gain entry into the stadium tour
E-tickets are non-refundable once booked

Wembley Stadium

Tours generally open at 10:00am and doors will close at last entry which will vary depending on the time of year.

October – March, last entry 3:00pm
April – July and September, last entry 4:00pm
August last entry is 5pm

No tours on match-days or when special events are being held. Please check the Wembley website before you travel.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Wembley Stadium is service dog friendly.
The Wembley Stadium Tour is suitable for wheelchairs however, there are steps in the Stadium and uneven steps going up to the Royal Box which are not wheelchair accessible. Staff will take any visitors in a wheelchair up to the Royal Box via an alternative route.
Disabled toilet facilities are available throughout the Stadium Tour.
There are some dark spaces, strobe lighting and sound effects in the Wembley Stadium Tour. If you would like to avoid these areas, please tell a member of staff.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
