The Main Event

The London Eye has been part of the London skyline since 2000 and offers unrivalled views of the city - what better way to marvel at the sights of London!

Situated on the South Bank of the Thames and standing at 135 metres high, you'll enjoy panoramic views in all directions up to 40 kilometres away - that's as far as Windsor Castle on a clear day!

Your 30 minute ride will give you plenty of photo opportunities of iconic London landmarks, including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

After (or before) your London sightseeing, enjoy a taste of modern European cuisine with a 2 course meal at 28°-50° Oxford Circus.

Nestled in the heart of Oxford Circus, this stylish and elegant restaurant offers a menu of sumptuous dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients. Choose from hearty classics from the grill or lighter options such as delicious fish dishes.

The child age for this experience is up to 12 years old.

One rotation on the London Eye will take around 30 minutes.

Please allow approx. 1-1.5 hours for your meal at 28°-50° Oxford Circus.

When

28°-50° Oxford Circus is open for bookings 7 days a week, subject to availability.

28°-50° Oxford Circus cannot be booked on 25th December, 31st December, 1st January or the 14th February dinner.

London Eye - Open daily except Christmas Day (25 December). Opening times vary daily.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

London Eye: Free infant entry for under 2's. Child age range: 2-15. Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older, and will remain under their supervision and control at all times.
All bookings are subject to availability.
London Eye - Seating is available in the pod and toilet facilities are located by the ticket office.
The queue time for the London Eye is dependent on seasonality. We generally advise customers to anticipate around 45 minutes in the queue (please note this is an estimate). If you are visiting during peak periods (school holidays and public holidays), please allow extra time in the queue.
Customers can bring a pushchair or buggy with them onto one of the pods of the London Eye. It needs to be fully folded / closed before joining the boarding queue, remain closed throughout the experience including at the entrance and exit ramps, until after guests have exited the attraction.
There are also left luggage facilities in the ticket hall where you can leave your buggy or pushchair for free showing your London Eye ticket. It will have to be collected by 7pm.
The number of people in your pod may vary, but there will be enough space for everyone to enjoy the 360-degree views. Please note that there is a minimum requirement of 2 adults per pod.
The London Eye is fully accessible and welcomes guests with all accessible needs. Due to health and safety only two wheelchair users are permitted in each pod and eight on The London Eye at any one time. To avoid disappointment, it is strongly recommended you book a wheelchair slot in advance.
Assistance dogs are welcome on the London Eye - we request that your dog is clearly identifiable as a working dog. Please be aware that there may be a small delay to boarding to ensure that your dog is as comfortable as possible!
The London Eye provides T Loop facilities in the Ticket Hall. If you would like to use this facility, please seek assistance from staff and switch to the T loop setting on your device(s).

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
