Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
London Eye: Seating is available in the pod and toilet facilities are located by the ticket office.
The queue time for the London Eye is dependent on seasonality. We generally advise customers to anticipate around 45 minutes in the queue (please note this is an estimate). If you are visiting during peak periods (school holidays and public holidays), please allow extra time in the queue.
The number of people in your pod may vary, but there will be enough space for everyone to enjoy the 360-degree views. Please note that there is a minimum requirement of 2 adults per pod.
The London Eye is a wheelchair friendly attraction and offers full wheelchair accessibility, and we recommend booking an advance wheelchair time slot.
Mobility scooters are permitted onto the London Eye. However, please note that the width of our boarding gate and ramp is 37 inches.
Due to health and safety regulations, each pod on the London Eye can accommodate up to two wheelchair/mobility scooter users, with a total of eight allowed on the London Eye at any given time.
Assistance dogs are welcome on the London Eye - please ensure your dog is clearly identifiable as a working dog.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
