Relax in the indoor saloon or on the open upper deck and take in views of all the famous London landmarks as well as enjoy an informative and entertaining commentary about the city from your captain.

The 24 hour pass is extremely flexible and enables you to make as many journeys as you wish within a 24 hour period. Your 24 hours start from the first scan.

Departures are approximately every 40 minutes from the 4 pier locations:

Westminster Pier
From here you'll enjoy views including the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and more.

London Eye Pier
This South Bank departure is ideal to spot The London Eye, National Theatre, Royal Festival Hall amongst others.

Tower Pier
Surrounded by history, see if you can spot Tower Bridge, St Katherine's Dock, HMS Belfast, The Shard and St Paul's Cathedral.

Greenwich Pier
From this World Heritage Site you'll enjoy views of the Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum, Queen's House, Painted Hall, Royal Observatory and Greenwich Market amongst many others.

Passenger numbers can vary each day depending on public holidays, weather conditions and events. If it is busy, it may not be possible to get onto the sightseeing boat you have booked.

Please turn up in reasonable time for your booking. It's recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to boarding.

Availability is very good for this experience and bookings can often be made within 24 to 48 hours.

Departure times are approximately every 40 minutes from each pier, 365 days a year.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Adult: 16+
Child: 5 - 15 years
Infant: 4 and under travel free
Under 18's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Toilet facilities are available on board.
Some boats are fully wheelchair accessible, please specify if one is needed when making your booking. You may need to wait for a wheelchair accessible boat. There is a maximum of 2 wheelchair spaces per boat.
All boats have open space areas with great views. Some have upper decks that offer an elevated view.
All boats have inside seating and are fully heated.
Bikes are not allowed on board however child's scooters are allowed.
A free audio guide commentary is available in 8 languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, English and Japanese).
There is a fully stocked bar on board serving drinks and snacks (at an additional charge). It's not possible to warm up baby food.
Dogs are allowed on sightseeing cruises at the captain's discretion. Dogs are not allowed on dining cruises except for guide dogs accompanying blind passengers.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
