With panoramic windows you can cosy up in the heated indoor cabin for a relaxed view, or venture out to the open-air deck for 360-degree views of iconic sights, like The Tower of London, The Shard, The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben & The London Eye (perfect for snapping that Insta-worthy photo, as long as you don't mind rocking the windswept look)!

Please allow a few hours for the whole experience
Tables are pre-allocated to guests before boarding. Please be aware that some tables are close to others and are all fixed to the floor so cannot be moved. Window tables are available and can only seat up to 2 people.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus are available however it's not possible to offer a menu that is both vegan and gluten-free.
Please specify any dietary requirements when booking your afternoon tea river cruise.

Availability is very good for this experience and bookings can often be made within 1 week.

Afternoon tea cruises are available daily.

Boarding is at: 15:15
Cruising is from: 15:30 to 17:00

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to boarding.

2025 dates will become available to book from November onwards.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Adults: 13+
Child: 2 - 12 years
Under 2's travel free, unless they require a seat in which case a child ticket must be bought.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Toilet facilities are available on board.
Casual dress code.
Wheelchairs can be accommodated on dining cruises providing: The wheelchair user can walk from the pier on to the boat without aid of the wheelchair (which is a matter of a few feet), the wheelchair is collapsible and the user can sit at the table and chairs without the aid of the wheelchair.
All boats have open space areas with great views. Some have upper decks that offer an elevated view.
All boats have inside seating and are fully heated.
Bikes are not allowed on board however child's scooters are allowed.
There is a fully stocked bar on board serving drinks and snacks (at an additional charge). It's not possible to warm up baby food.
Dogs are not allowed on dining cruises except for guide dogs accompanying blind passengers.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

Absolutely perfect

The afternoon cruise was excellent, the ship was very luxurious, the tea & cakes were excellent & the scones were amazing. The commentary was very interesting & funny at times, saw amazing landmarks with plenty of photo opportunities. My only complaint, it didn't last all day 😄, would highly recommend & would do it again no problem x

Birthday treat

Was treated to this for my birthday and had a lovely time. The boat trip was great, saw quite a lot from the boat which I wasn't expecting and the food was lovely. It was a great way to spend an afternoon.
