Madame Tussauds

The Spirit of London ride is subject to availability and may close at short notice for operational reasons, essential maintenance, and other considerations.

Chamber of Horrors is included with general entrance ticket for guests 16 years and over.

Madame Tussauds

Open daily, opening hours vary throughout the year.

This voucher is valid for advanced bookings only which must be at least 24 hours from submitting the booking form.

A time slot needs to be chosen when booking.

As this is an extremely popular attraction, booking in advance is necessary to get the date you want.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

For safety reasons Madame Tussauds can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book in advance. The ‘Spirit of London’ Taxi Ride is a continuously moving ride requiring some physical endeavour to board and disembark, and is therefore unfortunately not accessible due to health and safety considerations.
All assistance dogs are allowed into the attraction.
A cloakroom is available at an additional cost for luggage, large bags and personal belongings.
You are unable to bring a buggy into the attraction, however this can be stored in the cloakroom at no additional cost. For small babies, we offer a baby carrier.
Chamber of Horrors is based on some of the most infamous real crimes of the past 150 years. It features details of serious crime, violence and murder and includes real artefacts from crime scenes which some may find distressing. The recommended age is 16+ to enter this area. For your safety we do not recommend you enter if you have any of the following medical conditions: high blood pressure or a heart condition, are affected by loud noises, are affected by flashing lights, sensory sensitivities, pregnancy.
You are allowed to take food and soft drinks into the attraction.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
