Important Bits

Available on weekdays and weekends from 12:30pm.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot be guaranteed so please arrive on time for your time slot.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 18
The experience provider reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol or to request ID to verify you are of legal drinking age.
The venue operates a No Smoking Policy
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
The distillery is fully accessible but please let the experience provider know of any specific requirements when booking.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
