Important to Note

The stadium tour lasts around 1 hour and access to the museum is included in your booking. It is recommended to allow around 1 hour to visit the museum. If your tour is booked for 3pm or later, you'll need to visit the museum beforehand as it will be closed by the time the tour is finished.

Stadium Tour & Museum can be taken on day of arrival or next day including Saturday's.

Stadium Tour & Museum not available the day before, or day of matches at Old Trafford.

Sunday - Thursday: 9:30am to 4:00pm
Friday - Saturday: 9:30am to 5:00pm
The Stadium Tour & Museum are closed during home match days.

You must arrive at the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand reception at least 20 minutes before your tour starts.

As this is a working stadium, tours are subject to late changes or even cancellation depending on activity in the stadium or rearranged fixtures etc.

Hotel: Excludes Saturday stays.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Upon arrival at the stadium your bags will need to be security checked and there may be queues at the reception, so the earlier you can arrive, the better.
Locker facilities are available for small bags at North Stand Reception (where you will arrive), and are free to use.
You are very welcome to take as many pictures and short videos as you like in all areas except the Press Conference room. We ask that you don’t live stream, and are mindful of other visitors at all times.
The Red Café is situated next to the entrance to the Stadium Tour & Museum in the Sir Alex Ferguson stand and is open from 10am – 4pm daily.
There are no direct translations for the Tour Guides, but there are multi-media guides to enhance the Tours that will show a selection of videos operated by the Tour Guide. These are available in a wide selection of languages.
Prams may be brought to the Museum but due to the number of stairs, the tour route is not pram friendly.
The tour route has 177 steps. There are ‘Flat Route’ tours available for those who would prefer that. Please mention when booking if accessibility requirements are needed.
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated to you, subject to availability, under a non-amendable and non-refundable basis once booked.

You will be staying in either a 3* or a 4* hotel depending on what you have selected.

Can I stay an extra night or add another person to the stay?

Extra nights are available subject to availability for a supplement. Extra adults/children can be added subject to availability for a supplement.

Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Unless specified, breakfast is not included.

How do I book this experience?

You will need to fill out a booking form with the experience provider. This form will ask you for details such as your contact details, the name of the attraction you want to visit and whether you'd like this on the day of arrival or the following day, the number of rooms required, your preferred check in dates, and your WonderDays voucher code.

By submitting this form your WonderDays vouchers will become non-refundable and cannot be changed.

What happens next?

The experience provider will contact you within 72 hours to acknowledge your booking request. They will liaise with you to confirm entry to the attraction and which day you'd like to visit it on, as well as confirm your hotel location.

You will then be emailed a booking confirmation for your attraction and overnight stay. Please read this carefully as it will contain important information regarding your booking. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder in case your filter has placed them there.

When will I get my attraction tickets?

Your attraction tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your arrival date, often sooner. These can be printed or shown on a mobile device.
