The ultimate animal lovers adventure, this popular Meerkat Experience will thrill anyone who adores these small eccentric and amusing creatures as they’ll get to see them up close!
Available for either 2, 4 or 6 people for 1 hour, you and your friends will not only get to hand feed the crazy animals but you’ll also get to help the farm with their enrichment as they use you as a climbing frame! You’ll also be able to stroke and play with one of the hand reared Meerkats, all of which are incredibly tame.
You will be accompanied by a fully knowledgeable and experienced staff member who will be able to answer any questions you have about the Meerkats so you can really learn about these fascinating creatures.
Once you’ve finished with the Meerkats, you be able to enjoy access the farm. This is a great chance to really get closer to the animals and fully understand them meaning you’ll have a great day out with memories you’ll treasure for a long time.
The welfare of the animals is of utmost importance and we are privileged to get so close to them. They will not be forced to do anything against their nature and all interaction is done on their terms.
This experience is located in Telford, Shropshire.
Available from 15 June to 23 December, 10am-5pm.

The experience is one hour long and will be taken in groups of 4-6.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Was treated to this as a family gift and my kids loved it. The meerkats were so sweet and having the chance to stroke them and feed them was incredible. A great thing to do with kids and the rest of Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World are worth visiting too.

After a 2 hour drive we were able have breakfast at a garden centre before entering the zoo. It was more of a wildlife park and the animals were well hidden inside their sleeping quarters because it was so hot. The Meerkat experience was enjoyable, although the staff member that introduced the experience seemed bored and spoke so quickly we didn’t understand what to expect. The guide we then had was very knowledgeable and the contact with the Meerkats very rewarding.
