Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Minimum age: 11
- Children must be 11 and over to use the Hydropool and over 16 to use the sauna and steam room. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult and the spa must be made aware so they can lower the pool temperatures to make it safe for younger guests.
- All dietary requirements can be catered for. In some cases there may be a small additional supplement. Please advise when booking.
- Changing rooms are available with secure lockers for your belongings.
- A detailed consultation will be requested before your spa day to highlight any medical conditions the spa needs to be aware of.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
