The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing, also known as "Shinrin-yoku," is a Japanese practice that involves immersing oneself in the natural environment of a forest. It is not about literal bathing but rather about taking in the atmosphere of the forest through all the senses.
This practice encourages mindfulness and relaxation, helping to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall wellbeing by connecting with nature.
Forest Bathing often includes slow, mindful walks through the forest, deep breathing, and quiet observation of the natural surroundings. It's a great way to unplug and rejuvenate, making it an ideal experience for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
What to Expect on This Experience
The day will start with a Yoga session in a cosy studio at One Garden, or outdoors if the weather allows. Activities will adapt to the conditions: on sunny days, participants will enjoy a gentle hike through panoramic fields to a secluded forest spot for a Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) experience, engaging all their senses with nature. If it’s cold or windy, there will be a longer indoor yoga class followed by a walk through the surrounding woodlands.
One Garden has a lovely restaurant, perfect for lunch after the event!
What to Bring With You
Be sure to pack accordingly for varying weather conditions, as it can change quickly, especially on the hills where it might get windy! Here’s a handy checklist:
At least one litre of water
Sun protection (a hat, sunscreen, and a shawl or something to cover your shoulders)
Any necessary medication
Tissues and hand sanitiser
A warm jumper in case it gets chilly
Perhaps a sandwich and a flask of tea for a picnic
What to Wear
You'll need to dress appropriately for varying weather conditions, but always bring a warm jumper in case it gets windy!
Sturdy shoes with good grip (avoid Converse)
A beanie hat for wind and sun protection

What Happens if it Rains?
The weather is usually good, and the event remains enjoyable even with a little drizzle. If heavy rain occurs, we can seamlessly transition to a combination of indoor and outdoor activities since the studio is nestled in nature, surrounded by a beautiful garden and woodland.
Are There Any Toilets?
Toilets are available at the One Garden.
What Fitness Level is This Experience?
The yoga class is designed for beginners and is suitable for all experience levels. Participants should be fit enough to handle a moderate uphill walk.
