As you arrive at Stonerocks Farm, you'll instantly feel a sense of calm as you leave behind the stresses of modern life. The day begins with a relaxing outdoor yoga session, designed to help you centre yourself and connect with your body, all while surrounded by the tranquil beauty of nature. This is your time to breathe deeply, stretch out, and find your inner peace away from the constant demands of technology.
Following your yoga session, you'll take part in a forest bathing experience, a practice that encourages you to engage all your senses as you wander through peaceful woodland. This immersive experience allows you to truly disconnect and find solace in the natural world, embracing the calming energy of the forest as it soothes your mind and body.
No outdoor adventure is complete without delicious snacks! After the forest bathing session, participants will gather around a cosy campfire where nourishing and tasty treats are provided to replenish their energy. This moment offers a perfect opportunity to connect with fellow participants, share stories, and create lasting memories in the heart of nature. It's an ideal way to unwind, reflect on the day's experiences, and enjoy the simple pleasure of good food in a beautiful setting.

Your experience will begin at 10:00 am, please arrive at 09:30 am.
Duration: 4-5 hours
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
What to Expect
We’ll gather at 10:00 am at Stonerock Farm, a private estate covering over 100 acres of fields and woodlands.
Your day will begin with a warm welcome around the fire pit, where you can enjoy scones, tea, and coffee. Afterward, you’ll head up a panoramic hill for an invigorating yoga session with stunning views. If the sun becomes too intense, we’ll retreat to the woods for a playful yoga practice, using the trees for support and balance. The entire experience is flexible, adapting naturally to the group’s energy and preferences. The yoga session is designed to be beginner friendly and accessible to all levels.
Following yoga, you’ll venture into the ancient woodlands, where you may catch a glimpse of the local deer herd. Here, you’ll engage in the calming practice of forest bathing. The forest offers various activities, such as creating a mandala, finding a "sitting spot" to lie on the trees, or simply exploring the natural surroundings.
We’ll wrap up the day back at the fire pit with some homemade snacks and refreshments. You’re welcome to help arrange the fire or simply relax and unwind. Feel free to linger and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere for as long as you like.
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing, or "Shinrin-yoku," is a Japanese practice that invites you to immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings of a forest. Contrary to its name, it doesn’t involve water, but rather engaging with the forest through all your senses.
The practice promotes mindfulness and relaxation by encouraging you to slow down, breathe deeply, and take in the sights, sounds, and scents of nature. By connecting with the natural environment in this way, you can reduce stress, lift your mood, and enhance your overall well-being.
Forest Bathing typically involves gentle, mindful walks, where you take the time to quietly observe and appreciate your surroundings. It’s an excellent way to disconnect from the fast pace of modern life and rejuvenate both mind and body, making it a perfect escape for those seeking peace and tranquility.
What to Bring With You
To make the most of your experience, it’s important to be prepared for the weather—keep in mind it can change quickly, and the hills can get a bit breezy! Here’s a handy checklist to help you pack:
Water to keep hydrated.
Sun protection: a hat, sunscreen, and a light cover for your shoulders.
Any necessary medication.
Tissues and hand sanitiser for convenience.
A warm jumper in case the temperature drops.
Insect repellent if you have it.
No need to bring a yoga mat—we’ll provide one for you!
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, feel free to bring your own snacks.
What to Wear
It's important to dress comfortably for both yoga and any weather changes, and it's always a good idea to have a warm jumper on hand in case it gets windy. Here’s what we suggest:
Sturdy, comfortable shoes with good grip for navigating uneven terrain (Avoid Converse!)
A beanie or hat to shield yourself from wind and sun
A warm jumper to stay cosy when temperatures drop
Waterproof gear: A lightweight rain jacket, rain trousers, and waterproof shoes, just in case of rain
Breathable, flexible clothing that allows for easy movement during yoga
What Happens if it Rains?
No need to worry about the rain! This event runs weekly, and a bit of rain won’t stop the fun. An 8-meter parachute and a 5x5 meter shelter are on hand, so if it showers, everyone will stay dry and comfortable.
If it does rain, some activities will simply be moved under the shelters, and yoga or a walk in the woods will resume once the rain eases up. A little rain adds a sense of adventure to the day, and waterproof trousers are available if needed.
In the unlikely event of severe weather warnings, the event will be cancelled, and participants can reschedule.

There's a conveniently located hut on the farm equipped with a kitchen and toilet, ensuring you're never too far from essential facilities.
