Your adventure through The Paddington Bear™ Experience begins at Paddington Station. There, you'll be greeted by the friendly Station Master and whisked away aboard a full-sized train carriage replica. Don't dawdle - Paddington's counting on you to join him on a thrilling journey through London's iconic sights and sounds.
Next stop? No. 32 Windsor Gardens, where The Browns' door is open to all. Step into their cosy home, adorned with the charm and warmth of a true English household. Explore multiple rooms filled with puzzles and games (and some familiar faces!), then venture further, as you are transported magically to the lush jungles of Peru - all in preparation for the grand Marmalade Day Festival!
The highlight of your day? Joining Paddington himself at Windsor Gardens for the festival extravaganza! Dance to vibrant calypso beats, test your skills at fairground games, and indulge in festival treats - including Paddington's favourite, the iconic Marmalade sandwich! Don't forget to capture the memories with a photograph alongside Paddington, ensuring this day lives on in your heart forever!
With the London hop-on-hop-off bus tour, you have the freedom to explore the city at your own pace. Stay on board for a panoramic view of London's landmarks, or hop-off to explore. Whether it's Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, or the bustling streets of Covent Garden, London awaits your discovery.

The Paddington Bear™ Experience
Monday to Wednesday & Friday to Sunday: 10am - 4:45pm
Thursday: 11am - 4:45pm
Closed: 25th December
The experience lasts 70 minutes, from your ticket start time. Guests are welcome to stay to enjoy the marmalade day celebrations, games and treats in Windsor Gardens at the end of the experience, for up to an hour.

Valid for the duration of one calendar day
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
