The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
What type of hotel will I be staying in?
You have the choice of selecting a gift voucher for a 3* or a 4* hotel.
The 3 best hotel rooms available for the dates you request will be sent to you, for you to choose from.
Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays, etc can affect hotel availability.
Some hotels may require you to pay a small city tax or security deposit upon check-in.
Please note that some hotels charge for additional beds to be added to your booking.
What happens next?
When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and dates of your stay.
Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.
Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
