The Main Event

Phantom Peak is a unique immersive open-world adventure in London - a fully realised town inhabited by quirky characters and full to the brim with mysteries and stories to discover. Think of it as a mix of a theme park, an escape room, a video game and an immersive theatre production.

Using your phone and the Jonassist website, you’ll be guided through unique storylines in the form of trails - quests where you, a tourist, are tasked with helping townsfolk in exciting ways. Every few months, time moves on in Phantom Peak with a new season, new storylines and trails. So each visit is unique, and all part of the ever evolving story of Phantom Peak.

This is a fabulous 4 hour adventure but don't worry, should you feel the need to sit down and refresh, you can enjoy food and drink in the Thirsty Frontier Saloon (at an additional cost).

Please allow at least 4 hours for this experience.

This experience involves using your phone so make sure it's well charged before you start!

When

Available to book weekdays and weekends with multiple time slots throughout the day.

Please arrive at least 15 mins before your allotted start time to check in before the Opening Ceremony begins.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult who assumes full responsibility for their well-being.
All visitors must complete a waiver to participate. For children, a parent or guardian must consent and sign the waiver on their behalf.
Daytime shows on weekends (12pm to 4:30pm) are family friendly and more appropriate for younger children.
Toilet facilities are available on site.
Registered service dogs are permitted on site.
The venue is wheelchair friendly.
The venue is cashless so please bring a card with you for additional purchases ie food, drink.
Lockers are available to store bags. Personal belongings are stored at the owner's risk.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
