The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

What is Pooch Therapy?
Pooch Therapy is a relaxing and enjoyable experience with a group of friendly, well-behaved dogs. It's perfect for dog lovers who can't have a pet or those who might feel nervous around dogs, offering plenty of love, fun, and a mood boost.
What breeds will be there?
A variety of breeds will be present, from small to large, including Dachshunds, Cockapoos, French Bulldogs, Whippets, and more. Most of the dogs are under 2 years old, but the exact mix may vary on the day.
How long are the sessions and who runs them?
Each session lasts for 1 hour and is led by an experienced dog trainer who specialises in behaviour and obedience. Guests are welcome to ask any training questions during the event.
Does this event help people who are scared of dogs?
Yes, it's ideal for those who are nervous around dogs. The team will take time to introduce each dog in a calm, gentle manner.
Are children welcome?
Children aged 8 and over are welcome to attend.
What are the benefits for the dogs?
The dogs gain important socialisation skills by interacting with different people, learning how to be comfortable with human touch and play. This helps them grow into well-adjusted and friendly dogs.
