The Main Event

Enjoy a serene cruise from Poole Quay taking you along the eastern tip of the Jurassic Coast, complete with live commentary as you head towards the Victorian seaside town of Swanage. Upon arrival at Swanage Pier, you have the opportunity to explore the town's unique shops or maybe enjoy a meal if you wish.

Afterwards, make your way to Swanage railway station to embark on a nostalgic journey aboard a steam or Heritage Diesel train, harking back to 1885. You have the option to travel to Corfe, where you can stop to explore the historic ruins of Corfe Castle, or you can continue on to Norden. Both stops feature complimentary access to museums.

Your train journey ends back at Swanage railway station and from there you'll make your way back onto the boat once more to return to Poole Quay, sailing past the stunning chalk formations of the Jurassic Coast.

Please note: This voucher is for a return journey on the steam train.

When

Runs from 1st April to 31st October.

Boat Departure Times From Poole Quay : 10.30am & 1.00pm.

Please allow 2.25 hours for the Jurassic Boat Trip.

Train Departure Times From Swanage: 2.30pm & 4.45pm

Please note the 1pm boat trip normally gives you just enough time to do the train only and not get off. If you want to spend some time in Swanage, Corfe Castle or Norden, it is recommended you go for the first sailing.

Please allow 1 hour for the Steam Train journey from Swanage to Norden (passing Herston Halt, Harmans Cross and Corfe Castle before getting to Norden).
Please allow 1 hour for the train journey back to Swanage from Norden)

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Adult: 17+
Child: 5-16 yrs
Ages 4 and under go free.
If the weather is inclement please dress appropriately.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
