The Main Event

If you’ve ever wanted an insight into the daily responsibilities of caring for the world's rarest big cats, then this Ranger for a Day experience is perfect for you!

Step into the shoes of one of the dedicated keepers and engage in the essential daily activities that are involved in the care of the feline residents.

Tasks vary from day to day but will include:

Preparing and distributing meals to the cats
Cleaning the enclosures
Creating various enrichment items to stimulate our carnivores and enjoy watching their reaction to your efforts
After a productive morning assisting the keepers, you will enjoy a light lunch in the Restaurant.

The afternoon features a personal guided tour of the Sanctuary, where you'll meet all the resident cats. Keepers will share insights into their history and the species in general. You'll also gain an understanding into how the Sanctuary contributes to global conservation efforts.

The day wraps up with a thrilling chance to hand feed one of the extraordinary big cats.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 18
This is an active experience; it is important that you notify us of any mobility and medical conditions that could affect your safety and participation in some interactive elements of this experience.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
