Experience Duration:
The garden visit is at the individuals leisure. The afternoon tea will be for 1 hour.

Dietary Information:
All dishes are prepared in an environment where nuts and gluten are present and may contain traces. If you have a dietary requirement, please advise at the time of booking, giving at least 72 hours' notice. Customers are kindly asked to remind the server when placing their order of any dietary requirements. Vegetarian/ Vegan and Gluten free option available once ordered 72 hours in advance.

Garden opening times:
April to October Monday – Friday 10am–6pm Saturday – Sunday 9am-6pm (last entry 5pm)

October to March Monday – Friday 10am-4pm Saturday – Sunday 9am-4pm (last entry 3pm)

Afternoon tea times: 2.45pm and 3.00pm

The Terrace Restaurant have a 15-minute grace period. If customers are running later than15 minutes after booked time slot they will need to call 1483 668015 between 10am–12noon and 3pm–4pm. The Terrace Restaurant are unable to take calls outside of these hours.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Children aged 5 and under have free entry.
RHS Garden Wisley is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters .

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
