This bike tour starts and ends at 189 Hercules Road, SE1 7LD, London.
The closest underground station is Lambeth North (Bakerloo line).

The shared option means you will be in a group of up to 12 riders.

The private option means it will be just your group on the tour.

Please allow 3.5 hours for this experience.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time slot to get checked in. Late comers will not be able to join once the tour has started.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

For ages 13 upwards.
Riders aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Maximum rider weight for the bikes is 120kg / 264lbs.
Rides will operate rain or shine. Ponchos are available to use if it's raining and please dress appropriately for the weather.
Riders must have a moderate fitness level and be competent cyclists.
The route is designed to be as safe as possible for mixed cycling abilities and uses a mix of bike lanes, back streets, park paths and roads. Please be aware that London is an urban environment and can be busy and unpredictable at times.
This bike tour is not recommended for those with historical or current back conditions or complaints.
The decision to cycle and the consequences of doing so are entirely at the rider's own risk.
Large items of luggage or bags can be left at the bicycle depot for free for the duration of your tour. Small items and bags can stored in the bicycle's basket.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
