• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note that tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
• The Royal Mews: When you arrive, you will pass through an airport-style security check.
• The Royal Mews: Toilets, a Changing Space and baby-care facilities are located adjacent to the large State Coach House in the middle of the visitor route.
• The Royal Mews: Pushchairs can be taken into the Mews.
• The Royal Mews: Photography and filming for non-commercial purposes are welcome at The Royal Mews.
• Afternoon tea not suitable for those following a vegan diet.
• The Household Cavalry Museum is fully wheelchair and pushchair accessible, though visitors are free to leave such by the front desk (at their own risk).
• There are no stairs within the Museum and there is visitor seating available within the galleries (both benches and five folding chairs available for use).
• Regrettably, there is presently no BSL on videos (though some are English subtitled) and no braille on displays. There are no induction loops available.
• Registered Guide and Assistance dogs are allowed within the Museum.
