The journey begins with a fascinating exploration of the history of sausage making, followed by hands-on instruction using a handheld stuffing machine. You'll learn the secrets of skin preparation, rusk making, seasoning, and mixing the filling to achieve the perfect flavour profile.
Once you've mastered the basics, it's time to get hands-on and create your own sausages from start to finish. With expert guidance, you'll hone your linking skills and craft sausages that look and taste as if they've come from a quality butchers.

Please note, groups of 6 are not private bookings, you'll be part of a bigger group for this experience.
This experience is available on Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
It's recommended to book around 6 weeks in advance due to high demand.
This workshop will take 2 hours although can sometimes overrun a little past 8:30pm.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
