The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
What to Expect
Castle Hill, located within the South Downs National Park, is one of Brighton's most picturesque nature reserves. It features wildflower meadows, grazing sheep and cows, a variety of butterflies, and a small forest. The valleys provide a peaceful retreat, and from higher points, you can enjoy views of the sea and rolling hills.
We’ll meet at 09:30 AM at the car park and start the day with a Qi-Gong session to help clear the mind. Afterward, we’ll take a relaxed walk through the rolling hills, quiet valleys, and a small forest. During the walk, we’ll stop for a beginner-friendly yoga session, allowing you to experience nature in a calm and mindful way.
What to Bring With You
The weather can be unpredictable, especially on higher ground where it can get windy, so it’s important to be prepared. Here’s a quick checklist to ensure you’re ready for anything:
At least one litre of water
Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, and something to cover your shoulders)
Any necessary medication
Tissues and hand sanitiser
A warm jumper for cooler moments
Waterproofs in case of rain
A flask of tea/coffee and a small snack
A yoga mat (Let the experience provider know if you need one as they can provide it)
What to Wear
Be sure to dress appropriately for varying weather conditions. It’s always a good idea to bring a warm jumper in case it gets windy!
Sturdy shoes with a good grip (avoid Converse)
A beanie hat for protection against wind and sun
Gloves and a scarf
A warm jumper
Comfortable trousers suitable for yoga
What Happens if it Rains?
The event can still go ahead in light summer rain, but we will need to cancel in the case of heavy wind, rain warnings, or thunderstorms. If the event is cancelled you’ll be able to reschedule.
Are There Toilets?
Unfortunately, there are no toilets in the South Downs, but there are but many bushes and not many people!
