Have you got what it takes to take on the Helix?

Feel the rush of adrenaline as you slip, slide and zoom down the 178m long slide, the longest tunnel slide in the world!

Located on the iconic ArcelorMittal Orbit sculpture in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this unique adventure experience will have you reaching speeds of up to 15mph as you loop around (12 times!) the 76m tall structure. It's a journey you won't forget in a hurry!

Arriving at the Helix, you'll take the lift up 76m to the viewing platform where you'll enjoy stunning panoramic views of London. See how many famous landmarks you can spot. You can see up to 20 miles into the distance so chances are you'll see all of London's iconic buildings, such as Canary Wharf, The O2, The Gherkin, The Shard, The Walkie Talkie, St Paul’s Cathedral, Alexandra Palace and Wembley Stadium.

When it's your turn, it's time to collect your mat and make your way down the helix in the most exciting way possible, a thrilling 40 second trip!

The ArcelorMittal Orbit
This famous structure sits in the heart of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and is home to Zip World London's Helix slide and the ArcelorMittal Orbit 360 viewing platform. Designed by sculptor Sir Anish Kapoor and engineer Cecil Balmond, it originally opened in 2012 alongside the London Olympic and Paralympic Games, and is made of 35,000 bolts and enough steel to make 265 double-decker busses.

Please arrive half an hour before your adventure start time to check-in at reception.

All visitors enter the Helix via the Welcome Building. There is a wheelchair accessible gate here and from this point visitors can enjoy step-free access throughout the attraction and up to both Viewing Platforms via the two lifts. The journey in the lift lasts approximately 34 seconds.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age is 8 years old.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Minimum height: 1.3m
Maximum weight: 130kg (22stone)
Loose clothing, large jewellery, bags, large belongings or inappropriate footwear is not allowed on the slide.
You are not allowed to slide if you have a heart condition, back or neck injuries, claustrophobia, vertigo, if you are pregnant or if you have any condition that prevents you from following all of the safety rules and guidelines.
Toilets are nearby at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
